All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Code of Conduct

• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• No smoking or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.

4. Internet and Security

Wi-Fi access is provided as a shared service and should not be used for activities that may compromise the security or integrity of our network.

5. Liability

Ultra Office Space is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises. Users are responsible for their own equipment and data security.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
